Check Out Budig's Mind Body Green Course Instead

I enjoy Kathryn Budig a great deal on YogaGlo and other venues, but a full length book doesn't play to her strengths. Her simultaneously kind and vivacious voice do not translate to the page, and about 80% of this feels like a no, duh. Budig does some great work, but she doesn't sing here, and I was left wanting to just turn on one of her videos. I did take her Mind Body Green course, which is basically the same content via video, and that is a lot better. If you like Budig, maybe invest in that and skip this volume.

Aim True - truly a hit!

I am so grateful I have this book - it's not a diet book, it's a life book. It's a guide you can go back to again and again. Kathryn helps you come to peace with yourself - and from there, everything else falls into place. Beautifully written - with great recipes you can tailor to your personal preferences (I'm vegan) - it's a book I wish I had years ago. Give it as a gift to yourself or anyone you know who is struggling with weight.

What a beautiful book. It is filled with beautiful images, colors, photos, recipes, and Kathryn's motivating thoughts.
Whether you are already a yoga fan or just thinking about it, this book has something for everyone — even the un-yoga reader can find inspiration within its pages.
Kathryn's message is to be who you really are inside and out, to live a healthier, happier, and more relaxed life. You may not agree with all of her philosophies but there is no denying that the underlying message I listed above can apply to many people at any age.
I liked this book so much that I purchased a second copy and had it sent to my daughter. It wasn't a gift for a special occasion; I just wanted to share this lovely book with my darling girl.
Get yourself a copy and read and apply the inspirational parts that fit with who you are and then enjoy a healthier, happier, more relaxed life.
